  • Often same day payoffs e-mailed to you immediately providing you with Principal Balance, Interest Owed, Late Charges & Prepayment Penalties
  • Image based software provides you with a copy of the payoff letter as quickly as we get them ourselves

Resolutions and Closings Ready Services

  • Notice of commencements - No problem, we will obtain:
    • Notices of Terminations - Contractors
    • Affidavit of Notice of Termination - Owner
  • Liens / Judgment / Attorney Payoff Letters all conveniently obtained by us at no additional cost to you
  • Quitclaim Deed - transfers as may be required by lender your underwriters to change vesting

HUDS & Closings

  • Preliminary HUD available within minutes of your request
  • Closing coordinators available 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
  • ATA contacts your borrower to coordinate the closing
  • We close when and wherever it's convenient to your borrower, 24 hours a day

      • Call to you before the closing from our coordinator and our Closing Agent
      • Our Closing Agent always contacts your borrower before closing
      • Closing Agent always contacts you after the closing with details regarding the closing. Provides you with confirmations before and after closing
      • Closing Agent is required to obtain referrals fro you at the closing
      • ATA's closing coordinating staff will also follow up with your borrowers after the closing to make sure that everything went smoothly
      • In addition you will always receive e-mail communication that the closing took place and its status

Funding

  • All signed documents are scanned and e-mailed to your underwriters or funding department upon often within hours not days of your closing. You will also get a copy of these signed financials.
  • Tracking information is provided via e-mail to all parties including your borrower.
  • Link to FedEx to trace package delivery
  • Wire trace numbers for up to the minute status of funds
