Receive your title commitment, CPL and wire instructions within just hours of
placing your request. Copies of deeds, mortgage, tax and assessors records
available at a click and can be downloaded right off of the web.
Communication
At ATA, communication is our specialty. Our technology allows our customers to
receive instant automated e-mail communication from your order request all the
way to funding. Our customers appreciate that our communication is always
timely and consistent and loaded with valuable information every step of the
way.
Closings
All of our closings take place when and wherever it is convenient to your
borrower 7 days a week, 24 hours a day throughout the state of Florida. Late
closings are not a problem! We are staffed from 8:00 A.M. until 9:00 PM.
Support is provided until our last closing is complete. Closing communication
is critical. You can expect communication from our closing staff before and
after each closing. ATA goes even further at the closing table; We require all
of our closing agents to ask for referrals for you.
