This service is intended to give you the most expeditious way of obtaining information pertaining to your loan. We pride ourselves in our ability to fund thousands of transactions per month and the technology that we have in place to handle all of these transactions as seamlessly as we do.

You - the borrower - are very important to us and we want your to be informed every step of the way. From our website you are able to view copies of your signed closing documents, your funding contingencies that need to be met, and any funding documentation pertaining to the disbursement of your loan:

Funding Contingencies
- Wire receipts
  - Amount of Wire
  - Date / Time Wire was received
- Title Updates (Ready to Record Mortgage Requirement) - often, we are asked to make sure that your title is updated to ensure that there are no intervening liens found between the time the initial search was completed and your closing date. In many instances, we have to communicate this to your lender before your lender will proceed with funding.
- Authorization to Disburse: In the vast majority of loans we process, we can not disburse on your loan until we're given specific authority to do so. In many instances, there are additional conditions that you need to comply with before the lender will provide us with an authorization or funding number. Please be sure to check with your broker or loan officer to make sure that there are no "post closing" conditions for funding your loan.
Disbursements
- Copies of Actual Checks written to your creditors
- Check Numbers, Amounts, Creditor Payees
  - You'll even have access to copies of checks written to record your new mortgage:
    - Government Recording Fees
    - County Taxes Paid (Documentary Stamps)
    - Intangible (State Specific) Fees paid
- Wire Transfer Details
  - All Wires & Fed Trace Numbers
    - Wires for paying off mortgage(s)
    - Wires for transferring net proceeds into your account
      You'll even have documentation that will provide you with the exact date and time the wires were made!
